Another day, another #basketball court. 🏀 The boys and I spend A LOT of time outdoors and the sun in #Colorado is no joke! #Denver is situated at 5,280 feet (one mile high) above sea level which makes it much easier to get sunburned because there is less of the earth's atmosphere to block the sunlight. #Fact: UV exposure increases about 4% for every 300 m (1000 FT) gain in elevation. 🤯🔥☀️ • The boys have grown with @Babyganics and this #summer we are keeping the new 'B kids by @Babyganics' made for big kid adventures on hand at all times! Raising kids is hard work ladies and gentlemen.... Jay and Zay are growing and changing and the past few months have been TOUGH. I've been busier and more absent than usual, I've missed special moments and events and they've made sure to let me know exactly how they've felt through their actions. A lot of bad moods, crankiness, attitude, and back talking 😞 #MomGuilt • I took some off to catch up with Jay and Zay and give them ALL the time they're use to spending with me. 💕 Although providing, building, and seeking for more is important and crucial for them to live a happy, comfortable life, NOTHING matters more to our #children than quality time with #mom and #dad. It's easy to forget but we must always make an effort. 👩‍👦‍👦 Teach! Learn! Enjoy! #PreschoolWithMama 🍎📚🎨

I can not wait to share more with you all about the brands we discovered at the #NourishedFestival this weekend and fell in love with! 😍 • Many of you know how difficult this #GutHealth journey has been for my family and I so of course, I was beyond excited to attend such #FamilyFriendly and #AllergenFriendly event! We sampled many amazing #GlutenFree, #DairyFree, #PlantBased, #Keto, and #Paleo friendly foods and met fantastic individuals, brands, and companies! • This weekend the boys and I attended the @NourishedFestival in #Denver #sponsored by @EnjoyLifeFoods and we had the BEST time!
